What will happen during the appointment?
- You will receive information on the Dutch language course.
- You will discuss why, when, where and how you want to learn Dutch.
- Do you already speak a little Dutch? You will take a test to determine at which level you can start. This test is free.
- You may be asked to take a logic test.
- Together with a staff member, you will look into which course suits you best.
- You can start at different times during the year.
- The duration of the course and the price of the books vary from school to school.
- You will be enrolled in a school or receive the necessary information about the course.
You can also have an online conversation with an Atlas staff member. You will have the conversation on learning Dutch via video chat.
Please note: Do you have to take a Dutch language test? You will receive an appointment at Atlas.
Make an appointment and bring along:
- a valid passport, identity card or residence permit
- Payconic, Bancontact, Maestro or Visa/Mastercard to pay for the Dutch course (a maximum of 180 euros) and/or books (a maximum of 48 euros). Read more about the prices.
- (if applicable) OCMW certificates (public centre for social wellbeing), VDAB certificates (Flemish public employment agency), asylum centre certificate, integration certificate (inburgering), certificate of Dutch.
