Follow the civic integration programme

Atlas helps you with your specific questions

What happens during the first appointment?

  • An Atlas staff member will inform you in your own language or a language you speak well.
  • You will discuss your personal situation together.
  • You will receive information about the civic integration programme. You will discuss questions such as:
    • How can you combine the social orientation course with a Dutch language course?
    • Do you already speak Dutch? Or do you already know a lot about life in Belgium? What should you do then?
    • What are your digital competences?
  • You will agree on your enrolment, the start date and the course location. You will look for the best options together.
  • You will have a personal counsellor. This counsellor will coach you throughout the entire programme.

You can also have an online conversation with an Atlas staff member. You will have the conversation on the civic integration programme and learning Dutch via video chat.

Please note: Do you have to take a Dutch language test? You will receive an appointment at Atlas.
